Architecture May 6, 2011.A house which owned by mid-aged couple in Hollviken Sweden was being renovated by Johan Sundberg Architectural Design into one contemporary style residence with nature orientation.
A one floor house, set at an inner garden angle with rustic Danish atrium tradition being kept, is now a modern and appealing in style. The nature oriented concept is being smartly translated into this open plan design which utilizing glass walls to compose direct connection to the backyard garden areas while keeping it still be a comfy indoor space. Timbers are being used almost excessively to kept the natural feels intact complimenting and serves as the bridge to the open relationship between the indoors and the outdoors. (more...)

Accommodating the contemporary open and floating concept, the steep site was in-fact a great canvas to create this modern residence with floating and cantilevered style kind of building, to fully maximized its greatest asset, the river side of the site with this striking views of the Lane Cove river. Office May 6, 2011.One of the large peripheral company, Belkin, was just moved into its new office. A marvelous work done by Howard Building Corporation which created this nifty office spaces with smart color composition in its areas.
Belkin is a tech company, so it needed a not-too-techie spaces for the folks to work in. Something warm and inviting, bright and engaging, with not-too-formal touches all over the place. And HBC really done that. The 80K sq-feet areas turned into this open plan contemporary office with mostly white on its walls, ceilings and furniture, composed this neat and bright ambiance, while being given this cheerful and fun accents with some colorful interiors such as its couches, seating chairs or tables.
